Returns

• Customers are entitled to return their order, if they do so within 7 working days of receipt of goods, with the receipt.
• Customers are entitled to a full refund if goods are returned in "as new" condition.
• Customers are responsible for all costs incurred in returning the items.

Please return cartridges in all original packaging within 15 days of reporting this problem, clearly showing your returns number. All items received without a valid returns number will be disregarded and no action will be taken.
