Shipping & Delivery

If we receive your order by 3.30pm Monday to Friday, subject to availability your order will be shipped the same day. 96% of all orders received prior to 3.30pm are despatched the same day. If it is not possible to ship your order one day of ordering we will notify you within 24hrs. We deliver all orders to the delivery address given to us and cannot be held responsible if the incorrect delivery address is give/provided with an order.

We deliver orders by the following methods:

Courier signed for next Working day Delivery, Royal Mail First & Second Class Postage.

Uk Parcel Carrier deliverys will need to be signed for and are delivered between 8.00am and 5.30 pm the next working day, Monday-Friday. This delivery option is not available for Saturday,Sunday or Bank Holiday Deliverys. Next working day deliverys can not be guaranteed for certain areas of the uk,i.e Certain Highlands  of Scotland, Stornaway, off shore Islands, Isle Of Man, North & South Ireland. HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE & Packing?

Orders of below £20.00  in value cost £2.25 and are dispatched by Royal mail Postage. This basic cost of small order delivery has been forced upon us by the Royal Mails recent 30% increase in the cost of sending small packets.

Orders of £20.00 or above we deliver FREE OF CHARGE anywhere in the UK. Using Royal Mail Second Class Postage or Parcel Courier.

If you wish to up grade to Royal Mail First Class Postage it only costs £1.50 per order delivery, anywhere in the Uk. Regardless of the size of your order.

If you are really in a hurry and want guaranteed next working day delivery, as long as your order is placed by 3.30pm we can send your order by 24HR Courier for £5.00.

Your order may be split in to several smaller parcels and not always delivered on the same day.

Delivery to UK addresses, Inc Northern Ireland

Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd class post ( subject to minimum order value): see above. Delivery can be upgraded to 1st class for an extra cost of a £1.50 If your order is heavy or bulky and not suitable for delivery via Royal Mail, we may use a comparable service provided by a licensed UK carrier at no additional charge to you. Occasionally, there are delays in the postal system. Although delays are rare, please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive when selecting royal mail Second Class Free Delivery, particularly during the peak periods around Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays. We offer a guaranteed next day delivery service for just £5.00 on top of your order value, please select this option at checkout.
